Land of weirdest food combos

Alert: Foodies! Fasten your seat-belts as we are landing in the land of weird food combos in few seconds.

All of us have had tried weird food combos intentionally or unintentionally. Reaching home from university and its snack time but there is nothing normal to eat so you become creative. Other than that when a friend has tried a combo and they force you to try them and it also enables you to think that your friend has abnormal taste buds. Let’s walk in the land of my weird food combos: food combos that I have tried or someone around me;

1. Roti with mango:

When its summers’ days and my mom has cooked something I don’t like. It’s a win-win situation for me because I can eat my roti with mango pieces. Sounds great? For me yes. Both the things of my combo complement each other and enhance each other’s flavor. The pulpy juicy mango chunk with dry salty roti when join each other in the mouth is a blessing for my taste buds. You should try it once in a life.

2. Chips with chocolate fudge cake:

Tried it at a friend’s birthday; A friend had it and found it yummy and insisted me. Took a salty chips and took a small piece of cake from it and ate it. Being a chocolate cake lover the taste was so offensive for me. Like both the things didn’t complement each other and both were trying to be dominant it taste and failed to give a combine taste. A saltish chocolaty bite.

3. Rusk with Mayonnaise:

Sounds new? It was surely to me. Just suppose dipping the crispy rusk in the mayonnaise instead of tea. Ah what a great combo and a thing to eat at snack time. The lightly tart, gloppy mayonnaise with crispy crunchy rusk which blend in the mouth so well which will make your golden hour more golden.

4. Biryani with zarda:

Well if you are a karachite, a member of your house must have tried it in front of you. It’s a no-no for me because we can’t break the rules which says dessert or sweet dish in the end. But who follows the rule in food combos? I tried it once and it didn’t suit my taste buds. The spicy bite of biryani with sweetest bite of zarda. I want to listen your take on this.

I can just say eww on this combo it doesn’t deserve more discussion.
