SKINCARE

It is high time we talk about skincare tips and hacks that can help you achieve healthy skin in a terrible COVID routine. Things you can actually do at home without stepping out. It is really simple things done consistently, that make all the difference. I don't really have a proper routine nor do I use 387449 products in a day. (Not that you shouldn't)

Since I was a kid, I have had superrr sensitive skin, so very few things actually suit me, so I have only stuck to basic face-washes and moisturisers.

But recently, I realised my skin was skin acting up because of my terrible covid routine. So, I incorporated a few things and present to you, my very simple skin care routine.

  1. Neutrogena Cleanser

This cleanser has hyaluronic acid in it and as my skin is combination, it really helped control the T-zone oil. Buy it here: https://www.naheed.pk/neutrogena-hydro-boost-cleanser-water-gel-200ml

2. The body Shop Vitamin E Mist:

As a medicine hater, I hate taking supplements and as essentials vitamins are for the skin I alternated with mists and moisturisers. This mist provides me with ample amount of vitamins for my skin's regime. Buy it here: https://www.thebodyshop.com/face/moisturisers/vitamin-e-hydrating-face-mist/p/p000149

3. Neutrogena Sunscreen:

MY FAVOURITE. Suits my skin very well.

4. The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Mask:

I really like how refreshing, tightening, oil- reducing and hydrating the effects are of it- although I have used it only 3 times so far.

5. Nivea Face Lotion:

I stopped using moisturisers in summers because I think my skin becomes too oily because of it. I WAS WRONG. The hyaluronic face wash I have been using dried out my oily face and because I did not use lotion, it actually made my skin worse. I was so confused. Then I saw Herandhem's blog post where they explained how important moisturiser is, no matter what.

That is my current experience so far, and Alhamdulilah, my skin feels so much better because of the moisturising and face-wash I have begun using. I'd recommend people with oily skin to use this face-wash and mask for sure!
