Life is full of twists and turns, many days are full of happiness while some would bring loads of sadness. Some situations would get us to lose control. This happens because of the lack of the ability to control our emotions.
Yes, we must acknowledge that we need to control our emotions. Normally we are never told to do so, but unfortunately, it is necessary to learn this to have mental peace.
This is obvious that nobody is born with the ability to control emotions we need to look for ways to learn it. Emotions like sadness, jealousy, and anger can be really hard to deal with but some techniques can help calm the emotions. For instance, for anger, it brings a lot of energy with it and if we divert ourselves into working or studying, we can reap benefit from it.
however, people around us don't find any issues in being emotionally extreme. If somebody has anger issues they are considered completely normal and nobody works to get this attitude right. Soon, these anger issues cause harm to people around, making them emotionally imbalance too as it's true that words can be more painful than any physical harm. Leading to more number of individuals becoming emotionally imbalanced because of the behavior they face from their surrounding people.
