Every individual must have the goal of not only staying healthy but also happy to have a beautiful life. You can achieve this goal easily by practicing gratitude, meditating, and exercising.


If we talk about meditating, in this you focus on your mind for a period of time in silence. Meditation helps you to know your feelings without any judgment. Meditating daily, especially in the mornings will make you feel more mindful of what you do on a daily basis.


Exercising is really important in order to have a smart body and a sharp brain. Exercising consistently not only gets you slimmer but it boosts your productivity, focus, and retention abilities. Exercising can include both light walking or high-intensity workouts.


Last but not the least practicing gratitude is a great way to experience more positive emotions. As this helps individuals to reflect on their lives and find more reasons to be thankful than being sad. You can do this by keeping a journal with you and at the end of the day, you can write 5 things that you are grateful for.


Eating healthy is great but with the above-mentioned things, you can have mental and physical well being. Hence you can have a happy life without the need to depend on anybody for your happiness.
