BLURRY VISION WITH TEARFUL EYES

Numbly staring at the fan, the night appear as an eternity when you are hurling and turning since you can’t rest. The dusty wings of fan seems heavier but are they heavier than the heart? It weighs too heavy but is undefinable. The heart is pounding so fast like it is running in a race which is non-ending. Tears roll down the cheek, falling down on the heart sounding like pitter patter, making heart heavier. Lying straight on the bed, it felt so alone. I looked around to see if anyone was there and found my siblings sleeping peacefully as they are sure they have one more day to complete their goals and they aren’t losing anything. And everyone should be sleeping at night. No? But why am I awake? Why I can’t sleep? Why is it so hard to stay asleep? Am I suffering from insomnia?

HEALING ISN'T LINEAR SO IS LIFE.

Insomnia is a sleeping disorder; a rest issue in a tough situation falling and additionally staying unconscious. The condition can be present moment (intense) or can keep going quite a while (ceaseless). It might likewise go back and forth. Intense sleep deprivation endures from 1 night to half a month. Sleep deprivation is interminable when it occurs in any event 3 evenings per week for 3 months or more.

The situations from which you usually go through while battling insomnia is grumpiness: annoyed every time. Loss of appetite and fatigue. You usually feel sleepy at day time. You also face problems while concentrating on work and memorizing things.

An individual going through mental issues like depression, anxiety, and stress is more vulnerable to insomnia. Moreover, this restlessness makes depression, anxiety symptoms even worst. The racing thoughts in mind, fear of losing something stays you up at night.

Insomnia is the one which we feared but had once, or still coping with it. I hope and pray for those who are struggling. Just accept your fears or let go of your memories. You can get out of it if you help yourself.
