FEAR OF LOSING

“As your feelings for someone grow stronger, so does your fear of losing them”.

There is something inside me that I cannot come out from and that is the 'FEAR'. You realize something is yours, for a long time and you have this fear you may lose this individual as your very own result botch. The fear, it's difficult to come out of it. Here and there I think on the off chance that I may lose the individual what will occur? What’s more, the day you witness the individual leaves in front of your own eyes, all these musings and sentiments kill you from inside.

The idea of losing somebody makes your heart hurt so much that everything on the planet stops, the water quits streaming, the sun quits sparkling, the stars quit glimmering and you shrivel like an enduring blossom. This dread makes a gap in your heart which must be fixed by seeing that individual. Individuals withdraw yet they desert recollections and that is the main thing left of them that hurts your heart to an ever-increasing extent. At the point when difference overcomes your entire psyche and a mind-boggling rage runs inside it. The individual who runs in each cell of your body runs in each fine inside your vein and goes from the aorta of your heart to the remainder of your body. That individual is no common. No conventional to you in any event. The dread of giving up, the dread of transforming into void may leave you shy of relaxing.

The fear of losing somebody is unfathomably devastating. It exists in a lethargic state, something that niggles your subliminal arbitrarily on a normal Monday morning or mid-giggle with said individual. It creeps up your throat when everything is great, for you can't envision how life would be without them or when things have gone astray and the probability of existence without them is a chance. You dread losing somebody that satisfies you. For me, it shows looking like a substantial inclination in my heart, hurt in my stomach, and a stopped up the throat. This is the physical indication of a throb that is far more noteworthy in the psyche and the heart.

On the other hand, the event that we recollected that we are associated, our hearts would warm and our pain would ease. At the point when we infer the unbreakable bonds among us and a friend or family member, just as the impact those have had on our lives, the dread of losing somebody you love would diminish. Individuals are apprehensive it is past the point of no return. It is rarely past the point of no return. Regardless of whether somebody bites the dust the relationship–the impact goes on, thus we can accomplish something. For whatever length of time that the "relationship" is there, we can shape it, and make new significance around it. (Implying that incorporates association instead of misfortune. Implying that incorporates positive self-character of affection and mindful.)

This has a significant effect on the way we feel: deprived or associated.

“The day you lose someone isn't the worst -at least you've got something to do- it's all the days they stay dead.”― Steven Moffat
