What Diet Should We Take?
We should encourage the ones around us to consume healthy diet and a balanced diet. The diet should have balanced amount of every nutrient that the body requires daily and we should watch our calorie intake to avoid being overweight. We should avoid oily foods and consume healthy fats like omega 3 fatty acids that are found in eggs etc....
Body Detoxification
Our body needs to detoxify it's self because of the different toxins that slowly get developed in our body by the passage of time due to improper diet, smoking, consuming alcohol etc....
We should listen to our body and try to keep it clean by detoxifying it through drinking lots of water daily and consuming vegetables/ foods rich in antioxidants and the most famous of all, Green Tea.

Exercise / Workout
If we don't burn enough amount of the calories compared to what we would daily take, we would start gaining fat and that can lead to hundreds of health issues like heart disease, pre-diabetes etc.... In order to avoid all of that, we should workout at least 3 times a week to keep ourselves in a proper shape and physically fit.

A healthy lifestyle can reduce the amount of Cortisol, the stress causing hormone and keep you happy due to it's affect on one's mental health.
In general, we should all have a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle protects us from many diseases and keeps us fit and fills us with a positive energy where all that we do and think is nothing more than positive stuff.
